This Master’s Thesis is analyzing the FINO-trade company, relations with it’s branch surroundings and it’s working processes. It is based on easy analytical tools, which is SLEPTE analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter’s five forces model and Kralicek’s QUICKTEST. The ambition is to propose an arrangement to grow and fix it’s market position.

Záměrem diplomové práce je předložit podnikatelský plán, jehož podstatou je založení obchodní společnosti a realizace v oblasti specializovaného sportovního odvětví „powerkitingu“. V první části práce se věnuji teoretickým východiskům, které jsou dále aplikovány a rozvedeny v praktické části. Zde se zabývám vlastním založením firmy, její struktuře, analýze okolí a marketingové strategii spolu s vyhodnocením rizika a rentability. Dále jsou zkoumány možnosti rozvoje firmy. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení předloženého plánu.

The main theme of the Bachelor’s thesis is analysis of working processes in Ondřej Novotný – Agentura Gate company. The work will be based on definitions of strenghts and weaknesses and its complete analysis with output of concept solution of company development as an objective. The ambition is to stop the earnings and sales stagnation.

The degree project „Suggestion of Leadership Strategy and Expansion of NEKR Ltd. Company“ analyses problems relating to the development possibilities of small trading company. This bachelors´s thesis contains a project which aims to lead an existing company to the higher prosperity level and to increase market ratio. It consists of parts theoretic, from analyses problems plus from personal proposal solving. In theoretic parts are mentioned pivotal data plus piece of knowledge, that are applied in next volume of work. Analysis is bent on current data plus future environment firm. On the grounds lockworks resulting from analysis are formalized concrete recommendation.

This bachelor thesis occupies with financial analysis of a firm HEUS s.r.o.. The aim of this thesis is to suggest some recommendation to change economy of the analyzed firm. The theoretical section of the thesis describes some methods of financial analysis, above all elementary methods. In the practical part, these methods are used for the compilation of a financial analysis of firm HEUS and to evaluation of the economy situation of the firm. The final part brings some recommendation for improvement of the economy of the analyzed firm.

On the basis of these analyses have been processed some suggested recommendations, which could improve the current situation of the company.

Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh marketingového mixu pre začínajúcu firmu. Tento návrh je založený na teoretických východiskách, ktorých fakty ovplyvňujú firmu z rôznych uhlov: prostredie amerického trhu, uvedenie a propagácia novej firmy a nového produktu na trh, súčasný marketingový koncept a všeobecné odporúčania pre tvorbu marketingového plánu. Ďalšia časť tejto práce je založená na informáciách o súčasnom stave firmy a ich analýza, pričom tieto informácie poskytujú praktickú aplikáciu teoretických tvrdení. Tieto analýzy zahrňujú opis súčasného marketingového mixu, analýza konkurencie a zhrnutie analýz. Následný návrh je teda výsledkom teoretickej rešerše a praktického rozboru firmy a jej prostredia.

This diploma thesis deals with tools of electronic commerce. Author focuses on definition of electronic commerce, basic relation’s analysis, current trends, as well as the future perspective of e-commerce in its initial part. Information gained in that part is used to analyze a trading company operating in the field of sport service. Second part includes implementation proposal of new elements such as E-learning and E-shop into the company’s information system. These elements are supposed to increase competitive ability, to support marketing effort and to help to promote line of business.

This master thesis deals with the proposal to increase sales of single portion ice cream desserts of the company ABC Ltd. on the market in the Czech Republic. First of all, this thesis treats with analyse of various activities of the company and their evaluation with the aid of analytical methods. Second of all, problematic parts are selected and there are proposals submitted for their solution in the proposal chapter. As result of this master thesis is evaluation of benefits of proposed solutions for the year 2016 and their comparison with expenses and overall recommendation.
